Appointed by PBD Projects, McNally Management project managed the design and construction of new build multi-unit residential complex, Pier 99, Pyrmont, with two level below ground car park and a retail distribution and sales centre.
The retail centre, near the famed Sydney Fish Markets, is designed for Heavy Vehicle Access while the residences above are designed to minimise impact of the retail operations on the residents.
In a central location of Pyrmont these apartments are delightfully finished and provide wonderful inner-city homes.
