McNally Management were engaged by Ausprospect Pty Ltd for the development of 74 apartments with basement carparking at 124-128 Killeaton Street, St Ives. This project commenced planning in February 2016, construction in January 2018 and was delivered in November 2019.
McNally Management Project Management team delivered this elegant project, adding value to the procurement process by critically examining the current design and suggesting refinements; reviewing possible construction systems and selecting the most suitable for this project; dealing with excavation in difficult ground including negotiations with neighbours, obtaining licenses, shoring systems and anchoring systems.
