McNally Management were engaged by Woodose Holdings to do staged extensions and refurbishment of the South Pacific Private Hospital in the Northern Beaches, including the build of a new underground carpark. Works at this location had to be undertaken whilst all site operations continued to function as normal and including difficult excavation works.
This project commenced in 2015 and was completed in 2017. As project managers we were responsible for the design and construction strategy, liaison with Department of Health and Hospital operations team, authority approvals, appointment and management of consultants and contractors, programming, and the facilitation of the ongoing operation of the hospital whilst development was underway.
In 2017 the builders Whitcon Group Pty Ltd won a Project Excellence Award for this refurbishment project.
