McNally Management were engaged by Bridgehill (Mascot) Pty Ltd, to provide a range of management services during the entire project lifecycle, conception, development, build and delivery of Esprit, a sophisticated residential apartment block in Mascot. Working closely on this project, and others, with excellent construction company, Westbourne Constructions.
McNally Management team delivered the full scope of project management tasks for Esprit, providing Design Management services, as well as co-ordining authority approvals, representing the client, authority liaison, stakeholder communications and Superintendent services.
This project has been joyfully delivered, as the resulting residences are beautifully finished and aesthetically pleasing. The apartment block is conveniently located near the airport and Mascot train station, which are both sought after locations.
