This industrial development by Goodman Australia included a new Bus Depot to cater for 100 buses in St Marys for client Comfort Delgro Cabcharge.
McNally Management represented the client Comfort Delgro Cabcharge for all negotiations with the developer, and authorities; achieving design, documentation and development approvals; monitoring progress and compliance during project construction works; ensuring construction works are delivered with minimal defects, occupation approvals obtained, and all certifications achieved to ensure smooth handover.
The Bus Depot, St Marys project works included: the construction of a warehouse; spray paint booths; vehicle repair depot; bus wash bay; workshop; office building; staff amenities; bus and car parking facilities; and a re-fuelling bay.
A high quality bus depot was delivered by the project team in 2009, with successful outcomes for all, on time and in budget. The bus depot continues to operate and facilitate movement of hundreds of buses.
