McNally Management provided project and design management services for the delivery of Azure, Rhodes for client Bridgehill Developments. This residential apartment development comprises of four by 4-8 storey buildings, which house 159 apartments in total. This residential development building project was completed in 2002.
Azure, Rhodes is located in a waterfront position and boasts a close proximity to a variety of public transport options, community services and a large shopping complex in the budding and convenient suburb of Rhodes. This delightful complex offers varied living options, including water frontage apartments. All living options are high quality and highly desirable due to the outstanding delivery team.
McNally Management’s specific involvement in this project included – project management services to manage and deliver all authority approvals, and design management services to ensure the concept design was achievable by co-ordinating the necessary project team and stakeholders.
