McNally Management were engaged by long term client Richmond PRA to project manage residential and affordable housing apartment complex in O’Neill St, Guildford. McNally Management provided a range of services to deliver this project, including design management, authority approvals, call to tender, appointment of contractor, managing and monitoring construction delivery, defects and finalisation.
The O’Neill St, Guildford residential complex comprises of 41 apartments including studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom residences as well as below ground car parking. The result is stunning and has provided a valuable community affordable housing asset.
