McNally Management were engaged by Mayrin Group to provide design and project management services for the development of a six-building apartment complex. The second phase of this greater project delivered stages 2 to 5, comprising of 185 apartments across four buildings with 235 basement car parking spaces and associated roadworks, infrastructure and services.
This project commenced in 2020 and was completed in early 2024.
This development is closely located to the Rouse Hill Town Centre and is conveniently placed near the newly opened Northwest Rail link / Northwest metro, within the growing Northwest region of Sydney on Greenfield land.
We provided project and design management services, including authority approvals, briefing and planning, client representation, development consent modifications, design and construction strategy, construction documentation, tendering for contractors, appointing and supervising contractors, determining completion requirements and obtaining construction certification.
