McNally Management are engaged to provide project management, superintendence and contract administration for a strata apartment block in Dee Why to manage remedial works due to water ingress affecting the majority of apartments, common areas and lift shafts; and the replacement of four lifts.
Our delivery services include the preparation of documents and awarding of contracts for the lift replacement and the rectification of water leaks, and the appointment of regulated design and construction contractor.
We worked closely with the strata manager and executive committee to ensure requirements are clearly articulated in the scope of works.
We prepared and monitored the program of works, programming the concurrent remedial and lift replacement works to ensure minimum disruption and maximum efficiency. Working closely with contractors to achieve program, quality and budget paramaters.
