Monaco, Rhodes is an award winning residential complex in Rhodes. The residential complex was completed in 2014, and comprises of 212 luxury townhouses and apartments in total and a basement carpark. McNally Management provided management services during the design and construction phases of the project including authority approvals, design management and construction management. Working alongside colleagues Westbourne Constructions to deliver these superior quality residences.
This new build development also boasts an impressive piece of public art, ‘Re-Emergence‘ by artist Mark McClelland of Cultural Capital.
This project, Monaco, Rhodes, was acclaimed by the Master Builders’ Association in 2015 receiving an award for design and construction quality.
