McNally Management, engaged by Bridgehill Zetland Pty Ltd, have provided project management services for two boutique residential apartment buildings within the Green Square Town Centre managed by the City of Sydney. This site comprises of a combined 33,000 square metres of residential development and 700 square metres retail.
These residential apartments are in an exquisite location close to public transport and surrounded by new investment and public infrastructure. More specifically, the site location is opposite the park the ‘The Drying Green’; next to the gorgeous new Green Square Library; adjacent Joynton Avenue Creative Centre and a stones throw from Green Square Train station and Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre!! We can’t wait to see how this area continues to develop. City of Sydney have done a wonderful job planning a community and future Sydney suburb in Green Square and Zetland.
