McNally Management provided superintendent and project management services representing ComfortDelgro Corporation Australia for the planning, design and delivery their new and award-winning bus depot in Rouse Hill.
The bus depot accommodates a fleet of 200 buses and includes maintenance, refuelling and bus washing facilities, staff offices, drivers lounge, amenities, and staff car parking.
Future proofed for provision of electric buses – over 2km of underground conduits installed under the bus parking pavement to electric charging point locations.
In the Master Builders Association of NSW 2025 Excellence in Construction, Safety & Apprenticeship Awards, the Contractor DSD Constructions was awarded Winner in the Category of Industrial Buildings: $15-$50M, for their work delivering this new bus depot for ComfortDelgro Corporation Australia’s NSW Business (CDC NSW).
