Managing the delivery of two refurbishment and fit out projects for YHA Australia at their Sydney Central YHA and Brisbane City YHA properties.
Both properties were refurbished whilst in operation.
Refurbishment and fit-out of all private and co-living rooms, private ensuite bathrooms, common hallways/corridors, public bathrooms and common areas
All the existing finishes, furniture and cabinets to be demolished and replaced. Floors replaced. Walls and ceiling to be repainted. Electrical works to be redone based on new design.
